RETURN, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
WRL and its affiliates and Associate Companies is/are concerned about the privacy of the data and information of users (including sellers and buyers/customers whether registered or non-registered), offering, selling or purchasing products or services on websites, mobile sites or mobile applications (“Website”) on the Website and otherwise doing business with us. “Associate Companies” here shall have the same meaning as ascribed in Companies Act, 2013.
We will share your personal information under any of the following situations:
WRL offers convenient, minimum questions asked Returns of delivered products, in case a customer finds a product/ its condition unsatisfactory, upon delivery. However, a considerable amount of logistical effort is spent in ensuring that a product reaches your doorstep. We sincerely urge you to confirm various aspects of a product and submit measurements with utmost care – at the time of shopping itself – so that minimal Returns scenarios arise. Nonetheless, if you wish to raise a Returns request, kindly follow the policy as below -Customer Friendly.
A customer must raise a return request within the two days of an order delivery. You can raise a return request by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org – clearly stating your Order Number. Also mention the purpose of email and order number in the Subject Line of the Returns Email.A customer can return a delivered product, within 7 days of registering the return request with WRL.
In a usual Returns situation, customer would have to bear the Return shipping cost – of sending the product back to us.
The Shipping charge levied on a delivery will not be refunded against any order.
A customer MUST return the delivered product to our office – for receiving the Refund. The Refund will be issued within seven days of receiving the product back – in good condition. Only the product price, which the customer paid while purchasing the product, shall be refunded.
